Day 1: CASABLANCA - RABAT

On the first day of our Casablanca desert tours, our professional driver will greet you at your location and take you on a wonderful journey. We will explore Casablanca, the economic hub of Morocco, and visit its main attractions and landmarks. The most remarkable sight in the city is the Hassan II Mosque, one of the biggest and most beautiful mosques in the world. It overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, displaying its stunning architecture. On this private tour, we will also experience the Habous Quarter, a traditional market, and the Corniche, a picturesque coastal road. We will savor a tasty seafood lunch in Casablanca before moving to Rabat, the capital of Morocco. There, we will see the Hassan Tower, an ancient minaret, and the Oudaya Kasbah, a historic fortress. We will stay at our riad, a cozy guesthouse, in the Medina, the old town. A Moroccan dish will be served for dinner at our riad.

Day 2: RABAT - CHEFCHAOUEN

After enjoying your breakfast, we will take you on a tour to discover the cultural and historical heritage of Morocco, The City of Fes. Then, we will drive towards Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert. You will experience Merzouga, or Erg Chebbi, known as “the golden dunes”, it is a spectacular landscape of sand dunes that stretch for miles in the south-east of Morocco. It is famous for its stunning sunsets and sunrises, its camel rides, and its starry nights. It’s one of the most authentic places in the world and all the visitors are amazed by its beauty and tranquility. They say that the sand dunes have healing powers and can cleanse the soul. While you’re there, you will feel a sense of adventure, wonder, and serenity. You will begin your Merzouga adventure by riding a camel to your desert camp, enjoying the scenic views and the changing colors of the sand. You will spend the night in a traditional Berber tent, surrounded by the silence and the magic of the desert. For dinner, you will savor delicious Moroccan cuisine from the south. Then, you will have the opportunity to admire the clear sky and the bright stars, and listen to some local music and stories. The next morning, you will wake up early to witness the breathtaking sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, you will return to your hotel by camel or 4x4. Day 3: CHEFCHAOUEN - MEKNES - VOLUBILIS - FES

After breakfast, we will head to Marrakech, the cultural capital and one of the most vibrant cities in Morocco. On our way, we will stop at the stunning Ouzoud Waterfalls, the highest waterfalls in North Africa, where you can admire the natural beauty and enjoy a refreshing swim. After lunch, we will continue to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ait Benhaddou, a fortified village that has been featured in many movies and TV shows. Here, you will explore the ancient architecture and learn about the history of the region. In the evening, we will arrive in Marrakech, where you will savor a delicious meal and stay in a charming Riad or Hotel.

Day 4: EXPLORING THE FES CITY

Its energy, its aroma, its hues, and its own distinctive charm, make the city a must-see place in your lifetime. We will begin by the splendid Bahia Palace’s eight courtyards which are adorned with tiles, wood, and plaster. Then, we’ll explore the old Mellah that dates back to the 16th Century, and the lovely Majorelle garden where you can admire the exotic plants and the blue villa. We will also visit the old Medina. Starting with the famous and lively Jemaa el-Fnaa square where performers, vendors, and storytellers entertain the crowds. We will also visit some historical monuments like Koutoubia Mosque, Saadian Tombs, and Ben Youssef Madrasa which were built by different dynasties that ruled Morocco.

Day 5: HEAD FROM FES TO ERFOUD

On the next day of Our Casablanca Desert Tours, we will continue our journey in your cozy deluxe car, towards Merzouga, and through the High Atlas, you will Enjoy the stunning views of hills and clear streams along our way, we will stop in Errachidia, Ziz Valley, Rissani and of course the Erfoud to explore the famous fossil museum and see the ancient fossils. Next, we will head to Merzouga small town known for its golden sand dunes. We will reach the Kasbah of Merzouga, to relax and take a warm shower.

Day 6: AHARA DESERT EXPLORATION & CAMEL TREKKING

After a delicious breakfast in the hotel, we will embark on a scenic drive along the edge of the Erg Chebbi, the most impressive sand dunes in Morocco. We will witness the contrast between the golden sands and the black tents of the nomads who live in this harsh environment. We will have the opportunity to visit a nomadic family and share some tea with them, learning about their culture and traditions. Then we will head to Alkhamliya, a village where time seems to have stopped. We will have lunch either in the village or back in our hotel, depending on our preference. After a short rest, we will hop on a camel and ride to the top of the dunes, where we will be amazed by the stunning sunset over the desert. We will spend the night in a cozy Berber-tented camp and gaze at the stars in the clear sky.

Day 7: MERZOUGA TOUDGHA GORGES DADES VALLEY

After a good night's sleep, we will hop on our camels and explore the vast desert landscape, admiring the stunning sunrise. We will have a thrilling and peaceful journey through the sand dunes, where we will see the camels walking in a line. We will return to our Hotel, to enjoy a delicious breakfast and get ready to depart for Tinghir and Todra gorges, the most impressive and narrow gorges in Morocco. We will then head to Dades Valley, where we will have a cozy dinner and spend the night at our Hotel.

Day 8: DADES VALLEY ROSE VALLEY OUARZAZATE

We will have a hearty breakfast at the hotel before we set off for Dades Valley, passing through Kalaa Mgouna and Ouarzazate. Along the way, we will admire the thousands of Kasbahs that dot the landscape and capture some beautiful photos. We will also meet the Berber Nomads who live in the caves and see the lush Rose valley and the amazing rock formations. We will make a stop at Kalaat M’gouna, also known as “the rose city”. Then we will continue our Casablanca desert tours to Skoura and the birds’ valley, where we will visit the Kasbah Amridil. Finally, we will drive towards OUARZAZATE.

Day 9: OUARZAZATE AIT BEN HADDOU OUARZAZATE TELOUET MARRAKECH

Day 10: MARRAKECH CULTURAL VISIT

On the 10th day of your Casablanca desert tours, you will explore the Red City of Marrakech. the jewel of the south. We will spend the whole morning to visiting the Koutoubia, the Saadian tombs, the garden of the Menara, and Bahia Palace. Then we will return to the hotel for a traditional lunch meal. In the afternoon, we will visit the souks, and the Medina, and spend the night in Jemaa El Fna square to watch the show and the various activities, we would also have our Dinner there before we go back to the Hotel to stay overnight.

Day 11: MARRAKECH - ESSAOUIRA

In the morning, we will proceed with our Casablanca Desert Tours by leaving for Essaouira and its renowned fishing port; a world heritage site, where you can savor a tasty lunch in a local restaurant facing the sea. Then, you will begin to discover the old medina; the Jewish quarter (el Mellah), the Skalla, and the traditional souks of the city: you will find art galleries and shops of traditional carpentry and you will experience the captivating atmosphere and its ancient streets. In the evening, you will admire the scenic sunset and have a cup of tea at one of the cafes in the main square, dinner, and overnight at the Riad / or Hotel.

Day 12: ESSAOUIRA - CASABLANCA

After breakfast, we take our final road on this tour along the coastal line admiring the stunning views of nature and beaches in the area. Upon reaching Casablanca, you will have two options either to be taken to your hotel or to be dropped off at the airport for your flight (depending on your time of departure). That will conclude our 12 days holiday in Morocco through a grand tour from Casablanca including the desert and the four imperial cities of Morocco.
