This refund policy applies to the products and services offered by Fes Morocco Tours ("we", "us", "our") on our website or through our partners. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the terms and conditions of this refund policy and our terms and conditions

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or exchanges to our customers under the following conditions:

  • You cancel your booking at least 30 days before the departure date. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid, minus any transaction fees or charges.
  • You cancel your booking between 15 and 30 days before the departure date. In this case, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount you paid, minus any transaction fees or charges.
  • You cancel your booking between 7 and 14 days before the departure date. In this case, you will receive a 25% refund of the amount you paid, minus any transaction fees or charges.
  • You cancel your booking less than 7 days before the departure date, or you do not show up for the tour. In this case, you will not receive any refund.
  • You are not satisfied with the quality or delivery of the tour. In this case, you must contact us within 24 hours after the end of the tour and provide us with the details and evidence of your complaint. We will investigate your complaint and offer you a partial or full refund, a credit for a future booking, or a substitute service, depending on the situation and our discretion.
  • We cancel or modify your booking or tour due to reasons beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, civil unrest, war, terrorism, pandemic, or supplier failure. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you one of the following options:
    • A full refund of the amount you paid.
    • A credit for a future booking with us, valid for one year.
    • A substitute service of equivalent or higher value, subject to availability and your acceptance.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any other reasons, such as personal circumstances, change of mind, or travel restrictions. We recommend that you purchase adequate travel insurance to cover any risks or losses that may occur during your tour.

Refund Process

You must provide us with your booking confirmation, payment receipt, and any other relevant information. We will process your request within 15 days after receiving it. We will issue your refund using the same payment method that you used to make the payment, unless you agree otherwise. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account.
